What we are building

Ravenmoore is an early-stage concept for a walkable residential village for 1,000–1,200 people. Stone buildings, lantern-lit streets, guild halls, and seasonal festivals on the surface. Solar power, rainwater systems, regenerative farms, and equity designed in underneath. The technology is just well hidden; it almost seems like magic.

We are in the community-building and planning phase.

The Guild

A community-run guild hall hosting seven trades — blacksmiths, potters, herbalists, weavers, woodworkers, brewers, and leatherworkers. Shared tools, workspaces, and a marketplace where craft is a way of life, not a weekend hobby.

Seasonal Life

Harvest festivals, Midsummer Night's Fair, spring and winter balls. Guild feasts and market days through the year. Belonging isn't an amenity here — it is the architecture of daily life.

Built for Everyone

The village owns the land. Residents rent, build toward ownership, or buy — at every income level. Wealth disparity is designed out. No area becomes a rental district. The commons fee funds what everyone shares.

Hidden Magic

Solar shingles disguised as slate. Rain chains into stone basins. Wildflower solar fields at the village edge. Every system is designed to be invisible — ancient magic in the use of modern technology.

No Cars. No Rush.

Cars are hidden in alleyways and behind homes. Streets belong to people, bicycles, and e-bikes. Lanterns line every path. Native landscapes surround the village. Ravenmoore is built to slow the world down — and keep it that way.

The founding story
“
In the age of Twilight between history and legend, travelers fleeing turmoil and cynicism followed a great unkindness of ravens across the sky. The birds led them to a hidden valley where a lake — Lake Therion, called by some the Lake of Olde — never froze in winter and never ran dry in drought. They took it as a sign. They built their first homes around the lake and named the place Ravenmoore: the moor where the ravens led us.

The raven remains Ravenmoore's symbol. A keeper of the land, a bringer of change — both peril and hope.
